✅ Returns
You may be eligible to return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice)
Note: Certain products such as electrical items, customized orders, or products damaged due to mishandling may not be eligible for return.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment (via Razorpay or PayU).
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with a photo or video of the issue.
🚚 Return Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
